"Loukik Bangla" is the Prokriṭo Bengali
The advancement of Linguistics has proven that Sanskrit is not the mother to the languages of Bengals as the origin and Prakrit (or Prokriṭo ) is to be acknowledged with respect. Yet there is no single concrete evidence available to describe Bengali as it is in pragmatic sense from the Prakrit or Prokrito point of considerations. All the primers and grammars and rules and definitions are still worshiping Sanskrit as the Holy Mother and thus the language is being described and taught. This is why 65% of the L1 Bengali learners fail to read Bengali even after finishing their elementary education (and hundreds of thousands of them have GPA-5.00 secured) and needless to talk about the learners of Bengali as a second language. First, decolonize your mind and realize that the Bengali the 99.99% native Bengalese perceive pragmatically is not "just another Indic language derived from Sanskrit".
